If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we provide a seamless process for returns or exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid insured shipping label.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original laboratory grading reports and documentation.

  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned to activate the transit insurance.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our master gemologists will inspect the piece for authenticity and condition; upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
